The training
The Navy seals work in some of the most inhospitable and least forgiving environments
in the world, carrying out a job that 99.99% of the general population need
not apply for. As you would expect, their men and women need to be fit and healthy
before they join and even fitter after they finish training.
Training at the navy seals boot camp consists of a series of runs, swims, obstacle
courses and other fitness tests that are required to be completed in under a
certain amount of time in order for a candidate to pass them and move on to
the next phase of training.
At the side is a break down of the training that Navy seal candidates undergo.
