Zone diet menus
Every person has different tastes. However, if you are one of people who are
trying to improve your life by trying the Zone diet, then there is lots of help

In many cases the meals are so delicious that you might not even remember that
you are dieting.
Here is an example of a zone diet meal that you can make in your own home,
with ingredients you already have. While you still have to tailor the meal to
your specific body type (adjust how many grams of each ingredient you will need)
the Zone diet recipe still follows the strict 40% carb calories, 30% protein
calories and 30% fat calorie ratio that will get you in the Zone.

| Preparation Instructions: Rinse and pat dry Spinach
leaves, (make sure to leave them as whole leaves, will make easier for
rolling). Dice celery stalks to measure out 1/2 a cup. Dice imitation
crabmeat. Drain and mince olives to a fine texture, (it is very important
that if using black olives not to have the juice mix in the other ingredients).
In a bowl, combine celery, crab, mayo, olives and onions. Stir and mix
well. Take a Spinach leaf and place on your workspace, take 3/4 TBSP of
mixture and place it at one edge of leaf, roll up, place seam side down.
To garnish: place a toothpick through the center or take a chive stem
and tie a knot around the wrap. ENJOY! |
