Tips on Sticking to the Six Meals a Day Diet Program
- Go on a massive grocery shopping spree once a week, then set aside one or
two evenings and prepare all your food for that week. This way, you can just
grab your pre-prepared meals and carry them with you to eat wherever you are—at
work, at the mall, in your car.
- Carry protein bars or protein shakes with you as “meals on the go.”
- Do not let more than three waking hours pass between meals.
