Tips for getting your daily dose of peanut butter
Here are some tips for keeping your peanut butter snacks varied, fun, and part
of an all-around healthy diet. Remember, just because it’s called the Peanut
Butter Diet Plan doesn’t mean you have to stick to peanut butter—all peanut
products are good for you!
· Spread peanut butter all over: on toast, on bagels, on waffles
· Make peanut butter and fruit and veggie sandwiches: PB and bananas; PB and
carrots; PB and apple or peach slices; PB and celery or broccoli; PB and nuts
or raisins
· Sprinkle peanuts into your yogurt or cereal
· Dip it! Dunk your carrots, celery, apple slices or banana into peanut butter
· Sprinkle toasted peanuts atop your salad
· Carry around a 1 oz packet of peanuts for a snack between meals
· Have a baggie full of peanuts and dried fruit on hand for a healthy snack
during the commute to and from work
