Six Meals a Day Diet

When people refer to the “Six Meals a Day Diet”, they are actually referring not to a glamourous diet plan, but simply some common sense, good advice on weight loss. Most of us eat only the standard three meals a day: breakfast in the morning, lunch at noon, and dinner in the evening. We do this without realizing we are actually contributing to the slowing down of your metabolism and the storage of extra fat.

The more often you eat, the less hungry you will feel at mealtimes. You’ll eat less at meals, probably never overeat, and watch your weight drop. With the six meals a day diet program, weight loss is pretty much guaranteed.
