When people refer to the “Six Meals a Day Diet”, they are actually referring
not to a glamourous diet plan, but simply some common sense, good advice on
weight loss. Most of us eat only the standard three meals a day: breakfast in
the morning, lunch at noon, and dinner in the evening. We do this without realizing

storage of extra fat.
