Sample Menu for a Six Meals a Day Diet Plan
Below is a sample menu for one day on the six meals a day diet plan. This menu
is based on a 9-to-5 work schedule; modify it to fit your own schedule.
Note: when planning your own meals on the six meals a day diet plan, remember
that ideally, your biggest meal of the day should be your first meal of the
day. By the time you wake up, your body has been deprived of food and nutrients
for several hours. Remember, if you keep your body deprived of food for too
long, your metabolism slows down and your body begins to store fat until the
next time it gets food. This slowed metabolism is the reason why, if you skip
breakfast, you actually end up feeling less hungry by lunch.
