Peanut Butter Diet

shut their mouths: peanut butter is extremely healthy. So healthy, in fact,

Before you read on beware: all the stuff you’ve heard about peanut butter fattening
you up is absolutely true—a 2-tablespoon serving (roughly the equivalent of
2 golf ball-sized globs) contains 190 calories and 16 grams of fat. This is
why Prevention magazine published the “amazing peanut butter diet”; it teaches
you to add this incredibly healthy mono-unsaturated fat to your diet without
going too far—or, should we say, too wide?
