Detox Cleansing Diet
This diet is also known as the 29 day detox diet. Unlike most fad diets these
days (and there are too many to count) the detox diet is a total body and mind
assault on the imbalances in your body. Years of living in a modern western
society have clogged our bodies with environmental buildup. This includes many
of the chemicals and preservatives found in processed foods.
The following are basic guidelines for the detox cleansing diet.
- Always sit down when you eat and be sure to chew your food carefully. Basically
just take your time.
- Relax after you have eaten a substantial meal.
- Eat primarily fresh fruits and vegetables. If you do cook your food try
and steam it.
- Eat in comfortable position.
- After you have eaten try and avoid caffeine. Try some herbal tea or something
similar.
