Blood Type B Diet
If you are a type B blood owner then the blood type and diet holds few secrets
for you. While O type blood owners must eat a low-carb high protein diet, and
type A folks should concentrate their dietary habits on fruits and vegetables,
type B owners only need to maintain a balance in their eating habits to stay
healthy and energetic. While this may seem like a bit of a let down to any dieter
hoping for a quick fix or a panacea solution to aid their life, it is actually
a blessing. Just eat what you normally eat, only do so in moderation with a
good balance between food groups.
The O type dieter has special challenges due to the high meat content in their
optimal diet. Animal based diets are often associated with such problems as:
- Heart attack
- Stroke
- Osteoporosis
- Colon cancer
- Other degenerative diseases
Animal based diets can also lead to what is known as leaky gut syndrome. This
occurs when pathogenic organisms grow in the intestine and damage the intestinal
wall. This leads to increased permeability (hence the leaky gut), which allows
damaging fragments of antigenic food proteins and bacterial breakdown products
to leak into the bloodstream.
As a B Type blood diet follower you can balance this meat consumption by gaining
energy from carbohydrates that don’t have these same negative side effects.
