Arthritis Blood Type Diet
Arthritis is a common and painful aliment that primarily affects the joints.
While often-found in senior citizens it can strike anyone at any age. In 1996
Dr. D’Adamo released a book entitled ‘Eat Right for Your Type’. The book maintains
that by eating a diet specifically tuned to your blood type you will be healthier,
have less digestive problems, have more energy and ultimately avoid long-term
chronic ailments. This diet is obviously for long-term health and is not a quick
fix weight loss solution.
Arthritis is often listed as one of the major culprits that can be eliminated
or reduced by adopting the blood type diet. For instance, if you have O type
blood, your ability to process meats is greater than those with A or B, who
run better on diets that are primarily fruits and vegetables.
Of course doing these things will also reduce the risk of cancer. Therefore
if you want to avoid cancer: fight it with the blood type diet. That is if the
diet works for you.
