Low Calorie Diet

Low Calorie Diets come in two forms. The first form, “low calorie diet,” is a loose term to describe any attempt to reduce your daily intake of calories in order to reduce weight. The second form, the Very Low Calorie Diet, is a specific type of diet in which meal replacement shakes replace food altogether for several weeks, leading to rapid weight loss.
